SHIPPING POLICY
Kynetide Peptides is committed to processing and shipping orders promptly and efficiently. Please review the following shipping policies before placing an order.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Orders placed and successfully paid before 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) will generally be processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT will typically be processed and shipped on the next business day.
While we strive to meet these processing timelines, order processing times are estimates and may be affected by product availability, payment verification, weather events, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
FREE SHIPPING
Kynetide Peptides offers Free Standard Shipping on qualifying domestic orders totaling $250.00 USD or more after discounts and before applicable taxes.
Orders below the free shipping threshold will be charged shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Free shipping promotions may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Kynetide Peptides utilizes trusted shipping carriers, including:
USPS
UPS
FedEx
Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, shipping method selected, and operational requirements.
We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
At this time, Kynetide Peptides ships only to addresses located within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Orders placed with international shipping addresses may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once an order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Kynetide Peptides is not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned shipments, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the shipping carrier.
Kynetide Peptides is not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Lost shipments
Stolen packages
Delivery exceptions
Weather-related delays
Carrier operational disruptions
Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the carrier directly and may also contact Kynetide Peptides for assistance in initiating a carrier investigation when appropriate.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers should:
Retain all packaging materials.
Take clear photographs of the package and contents.
Contact Kynetide Peptides within
48 hours
of delivery.
Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist with claims.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from Kynetide Peptides may legally be shipped to, possessed, and used within their jurisdiction.
Kynetide Peptides reserves the right to refuse shipment to any location where shipment may violate applicable laws or regulations.
FORCE MAJEURE
Kynetide Peptides shall not be liable for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Severe weather
Carrier disruptions
Labor shortages
Government actions
Supply chain interruptions
Acts of war
Terrorism
