RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Kynetide Peptides, we are committed to delivering quality products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final except as expressly outlined in this policy.
By placing an order with Kynetide Peptides, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All products sold by Kynetide Peptides are intended for laboratory research purposes only.
Because of the specialized nature of these products, Kynetide Peptides does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
Change of mind
Buyer remorse
Ordering the incorrect product
Ordering the incorrect quantity
Product no longer needed
Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers
Misunderstanding of product specifications
Claims regarding research outcomes or expectations
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Refunds or replacements may be considered only when a product arrives damaged during shipment.
To qualify for a damaged product claim, customers must:
Notify Kynetide Peptides within
48 hours
of confirmed delivery.
Provide clear photographs of:
The shipping package
The shipping label
The damaged product
Any visible damage to packaging materials
Provide the order number associated with the purchase.
Failure to report shipping damage within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
CLAIM REVIEW PROCESS
All damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Kynetide Peptides reserves the sole right to determine whether a claim qualifies for a replacement or refund.
Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.
Additional information may be requested before a final determination is made.
REPLACEMENTS
If a damage claim is approved, Kynetide Peptides may, at its sole discretion:
Replace the damaged product; or
Issue a refund for the affected item.
Whenever reasonably possible, replacement of the product will be the preferred resolution.
NON-ELIGIBLE CLAIMS
Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be issued for:
Products damaged after delivery
Improper storage or handling
Opened, altered, modified, or tampered products
Carrier delivery delays
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Customer address errors
Claims submitted after the reporting periodORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, the order becomes final and cannot be canceled.
Kynetide Peptides reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion and issue a full refund if necessary.
SHIPPING DAMAGE INVESTIGATIONS
Kynetide Peptides reserves the right to initiate carrier investigations and request supporting documentation before approving any damage-related claim.
Customers agree to cooperate with any reasonable requests necessary to process such investigations.
RESEARCH USE DISCLAIMER
All products sold by Kynetide Peptides are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only.
Products are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, medical use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or veterinary use.
No refund request shall be granted based upon intended or unintended use inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions of the Website.
